Who Is This Test For

This test is designed for individuals or couples who want to reflect on their readiness for the possibility of raising a child with special needs.

It is suitable for engaged couples, newlyweds, married couples without children, couples planning to conceive, and parents considering having more children.

This screening tool is intended for self-reflection and educational purposes only, and it is not a clinical diagnosis.

How to Get Help

If your results show that you may need more support, guidance is available.

You may benefit from speaking with a mental health professional, counsellor, or healthcare provider to better understand your concerns and strengthen your readiness.

Learning more about special needs parenting, connecting with support services, and increasing your exposure to relevant information can also help you feel more prepared.
